1. Overview

2. Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All orders require 1-3 business days to process before they ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or New Year's Day January 1, Christmas Day December 25, and 9 major U.S. federal holidays.
  •  High Volume Delays: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 4 or 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays. 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.00 flat rate for "Gloomy Fate" and $12.00 for "American Evil Empire" (Rumbling at the Jungle) calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: $18.00 - Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. P. O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

DeafBlind Homeric Writer and Poet Universal ships to P. O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If you require assistance, please reach out to our team.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Only)

DeafBlind Homeric Writer and Poet Universal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

7. Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us directly at deafblindhomericwriterandpoet@gmail.com to resolve the issue. DeafBlind Homeric Writer and Poet Universal is not liable for damage or lost product during shipping and may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Returns

For information regarding returns, please review our full 30 calendar days to return the book(s) unopened in new condition for a refund or exchange. Returning items without a receipt may result in being denied a refund or being issued a merchandise credit for the lowest historical price rather than your original payment method. 

The DC Consumer Protection Procedures Act (CPPA) codified at DC Official Code Subsection 28-3901 to 28-3913, governs this business practices.

Conspicuous Disclosure: Restocking fees or "Final Sale" terms must be made clear to the consumer before or at the time of purchase to be legally enforceable. Under DC consumer guidelines, standard retail transactions do not carry an automatic "right to cancel" or return an item; the transaction is governed entirely by the DeafBlind Homeric Writer and Poet Universal store's return and refund policy.
